The Brief
A new specialty café in Indiranagar needed a brand that felt authentically Japanese without feeling like a costume. The founders had spent two years studying traditional koji fermentation techniques, and their vision was clear: a café that honored slowness in an era of instant everything.
The challenge was building a visual identity that could carry that philosophy — warm but precise, deeply rooted but unmistakably modern. We worked across logo, packaging, and environmental touchpoints to make every piece feel like it belonged to the same hand.
